Rebuilt as in fixed is all. If a new powerhead is what I need, I will replace it. Just looking for a good contact.

What's everyone's take on buying a rebuilt Yammy outboard? I'd like to repower with a 150 but the new design is heavier and I'm fine with sticking to mechanical controls
