re: Youths complaining about a lack of "third places" lately

I always see people from my hometown complaining that there's "nothing for the kids to do" but most of the time they just mean there's nowhere for them to drop their kids off and become someone else's responsibility. It's the same reason why bad kids hardly ever miss school.
