Name one positive it has outside of what I stated as a potential drawback of quitting (social life). It brings zero positives to someone’s health and it costs money. I can’t think of a single thing that it would improve someone’s life.

Some experience are subjective to the individual. Many people like to relax with a glass of wine with their wife/husband on the weekends /date night. Wine for example has plenty of antioxidants and in moderation can be cardio sparing.

Not everyone who comsumes alcohol has to drink a handle of Vodka at a time, some are actually able to have restraint and do it in moderation.
