Today marks 8 months sober for me. I feel the best I ever have and feel I am a lot better off. I am also down about 16lbs from working out and eating better. There are times I miss it but am quick to remind myself of all of the bullshite I did and the trouble I got myself into not to mention the hangovers were horrible. I had a problem with stopping once I started. I wasn't an everyday drinker but when I did I gave it 110%. If you can drink one and put it down that is great, I never could or never wanted to. Depends on how you look at it. Quit for a couple of months and see how you feel, you can always go back out if your life was so much better while drinking.
