My kids went from “throw me something mister” to “will anyone throw anything?” Float after float… we’d watch them not throw a single thing for over 2 blocks. And their floats are old pieces of shite. As a kid in the 70s and 80s, the worst parades were the weekday parades Uptown. Those frickers would be go by so fast.
