One of the charities I play in annually has a 3' string they sell. If you get your put lets say 6" from the hole, the team can cut off 6" from the string and call the putt good. You can do this until the string is gone.

Another charity has a vintage club challenge. You get to tee off from the women's tee box, but they have 4 or 5 old wooden clubs you have to hit with.

A ball throwing challenge. You get to throw the ball as far as you can and that's where you tee off from. Think you pay a few bucks to do this.

Mulligans should be bought at the beginning of the round, but also have someone circulating about half way through the round, you can have someone on a cart go to each team and sell an additional number of mulligans. Definitely need to put a max number on mulligans available at the beginning and then an additional max number bought during the round.

I really don't like the competitive aspect of charity scrambles. But I understand it's usually for a cause so I'll participate.
