Charity Scramble Ideas

Helping plan and run a charity golf tournament for a local organization that i am a member of. Have never done this before and wanted to get some good ideas for raising money during the round. We are trying to keep the upfront cost low and get participants to spend while they are playing. What are some good ways to go about this. Of course we will have your routine longest drive, putting contest, and mulligans. Was thinking of having a back off challenge at one of the par 3’s. Got a golf buddy that shoots below par when it comes to talking shite on a tee box. What else is there?
