Dyson was and is still a good pick. Every team has Kiras and Hayes. But the front office put together a very good team. At the end of the day, that's all that matters.

2019 and 2020; being infatuated with high upside guys.

They wanted to turn high upside athletes with minimal basketball IQ (Kira, Jax, NAW) into replicas of star talent (AD, Fox, SGA).

Realized mistakes and shifted gears in 2021 getting more senior, mature players with limited upside and high floors.
- 3&D wing in trey
- defensive 'jack of all trades' in herb
- scrappy camp body in jose

2022
- defensive PG, but turned it up the 2nd half of the season in dyson

2023
- sharpshooter who could handle the ball in small spurts; questionable defensively.

Also fun fact; we drafted nick richards in 2020...we traded his rights. talk about a bad draft year.
