This is a little different than Mean Girls. I’m pretty sure everyone knows Wicked is a musical.
Also, if you’re complaining about Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba you have never heard the woman sing. I’m far more worried about Ariana Grande’s acting chops.

Was trying to place where I've seen her before and it turns out she was in the HBO adaptation of Stephen King's The Outsider a few years ago.
She played Holly Gibney, a private detective character who also appeared in Mr. Mercedes.
