Sagrera Farms beef is top notch. Shawn knows what he’s doing, and his beef shows it. I’d put it right up there with Wagyu. I’ve had it at Supper Club, but it’s better reverse seared by me at home.

He puts out a very good product, but it simply is not as good as grain fed beef from Midwest cattle country.
