Trailer brake under dash mounting bracket...

I'm looking for ideas of something to use in place of this $40 piece of metal. This is to mount trailer brake controller under the dash. It does need to a stable mount so it rather not lean on zip ties.

Thanks! I just used a small stainless steel ruler and drilled holes in it. Cost me $6.
