Keep moving, always be moving. I think it helped to play the first game. On the higher difficulties always be moving, and don't engage any enemies you don't have to.

Ahhh, good to know. Do you have a specific loadout you use on Automaton missions vs. Terminid missions?
I've been using:
Medium Armor
SG-225 Breaker as primary
P-19 Redeemer as secondary
Stratagem 1: Guard Dog Rover
Stratagem 2: Grenade Launcher
Stratagem 3: Eagle Cluster Bomb
Stratagem 4: Gatling Sentry
This loadout has been fine for Challenging (and sometimes Hard) missions for Terminids, but should I be replacing the Rover and Grenade Launcher with something like the Recoilless Rifle on harder missions to take down tankier enemies?
