Either Biden MUST BE PROSECUTED..or he MUST BE REMOVED AS PRESIDENT.
There are no other options, it has to be one way or the other . Joe Biden broke the law when he took possession of the documents in question, and at the time he did so his competency was not in question. He never had a right to the documents. Ever. Doesn't matter who he told about anything years later, he took them illegally.
If DOJ declines to prosecute for whatever reason, then Donald Trump should call a presser and immediately call for either a prosecution, resignation or removal for Biden. If these are not forthcoming, then his case must be dismissed because of the blatant double standard.
