re: Anyone have a family member that threw their life away with drugs?

I had one cousin that died from alcoholism at about 50.He was very smart at electronics and computers.He could never keep a job so he would steal stuff here and there,other wise mooch off his dad.
Kinda sad,he died and not one person was sad to see him go.It was a big relief to his dad when he croaked.He never said it but I could tell.

I come from a large family,amazing that no one ever got into problems with drugs.

I have friends that weren’t so lucky,good friend had both sons die of overdoses and were lots of issues with alcohol and drugs in the family.
