I make slightly more now than I did pre-pandemic. I went from easily affording to live alone while being debt free, taking vacations, splurging on occasional things I wanted like guitars and video game systems, and saving to barely scraping by with roommates, ballooning debt, and a substantially downgraded lifestyle.
