You run a little to tight of a ship if your worried about 5 minutes to talk to me. This is one of the more advised ways of finding contractors form what i have heard in the past.

Me or my subs? I'll talk as long as you want and like I say, help you out with subs. But being on my job site talking to my subs is a little different story. But no, 5 minutes isn't a big deal. If you go up to my carpenter or roofer, you wouldn't talk a minute because of their English, but if you go up to one of my painters in particular he's going to talk for an hour because talking is what he does best
