Also, DONT get Wireless Beats! They don’t connect in the case to charge or disconnect. Total crap.

I’m glad someone else is having this experience. I sent the Apple and they immediately sent them back and said they were fine.

I finally kind of fixed mine after sitting in their case for over a year. The contact piece in the case that is spring loaded essentially gets stuck. You have to just wipe the thing down and push them over and over until they pop back out. Never leave them in the case unless you hear them click to the contact. Horribly designed for what was one of the most expensive earbuds on the market, and I got two pairs. I recently got AirPods Pro for video calls and they are much better.

OP if you find they are crapping out in a few months just get some cheap ones. I got a pair of skullcandy buds for $20 randomly on sale in target and they still fire up if I can’t find anything else. I believe I had some soundcore buds that weren’t bad at some point. If you are getting them for running, they will eventually go to shite from sweat either way. Look out for a good sale and just stock up
