Real story is most people are obese and have horrible sleep hygiene habits (caffeine, phone 4+ hours a day, no exercise, regular alcohol use, anxiety, depression, etc). Probably not the the worst thing to remove another potential sleep disruptor (snoring spouse, tossing turning, etc).
