I remember a day not too long ago where coastal erosion had people all across the state worried about New Orleans. Now I think people are hoping that NO gets washed away.

I dont see why, not speaking for north and central louisiana, but what would "south" louisiana attach it self too. lol without N.O. south louisiana would be nothing lol.

Sooner or later that reality is coming.

Couple that with the Mississippi changing course and there's a very real scenario where New Orleans turns into an island surrounded by levees.
