AG-1 is actually legit
Absolutely. It’s expensive though.
When my monthly shipment runs out before the next one ships I absolutely feel more bloated and less energetic during those days without.

Multi vitamins are a waste, AG-1 is actually legit
I always enjoy the comments in these threads where people claim that vitamins and supplements are a waste, except for the ones that they take. It never fails. I had started a similar thread on the health board asking for comments on a specific supplement and it was the same thing. "All you need is diet and exercise" or " just lift, bro" etc. But the thing is, nearly everyone takes some form of vitamin or supplement whether its a multivitamin or protein powder or energy drinks; we all take them. My father in law once told me that all vitamins and supplements are a waste of money and that's why he only takes 1 multivitamin and 1 fish oil daily. Lol.
