Take all that stuff away and Mahommes still has the most team friendly contract in the league in relation to his talent and performance and it’s been like that since the day he signed it.

Mahommes could’ve easily pushed for shorter or more fully GTD deals and gone to the well more frequently, but instead when for a very long contract that allows them to manipulate the cap each season much more easily, atleast in the early seasons. He gave KC the keys to do whatever they want with him as an asset
