They're gonna have mudslides that are going to take out a lot of people, it's going to be ugly. I agree with your sentiment but this is going to be very bad for a lot of people.

I could see this easily happening. It’s a lot more hilly out there than most people know unless you’ve been there. That arid climate soil does not absorb a lot of rain well.
