100 2x a week
feeling bloated and i can definitely see it in mym face. i had it under control when i was 90 2x a week but Dr upped my numbers recently.
still have some body fat but down 25lbs since July. tried to not take anastrozole as much just because i noticed mood swings the day after.
ill work on diet a little more and water intake, was told less carbs would help too

yep and some of it is your imagination prolly. 10mg a week aint making a difference visually
