That was a great team but Indiana shut down UNC in the finals the same way they shut down LSU in the semis. That UNC team had James Worthy, Sam Perkins (two future great NBA PFs) and a very talented and deep team. I've said it before, even if LSU got past IU, they would not have matched up well against UNC. That LSU team was great and should have no regrets. The 1980 and 1981 teams were my all-time favorite teams.
