Now do the costs of all the goods sitting in traffic because the existing bridge only has 4 lanes compared to 6 on the proposed new one. Also figure the cost of the extra maintenance needed to keep the 72 year old bridge from falling down because it is carrying 3 times the traffic load it was designed for.
