no doubt, it's like anything, with studies to show either direction. There's no one size fits all when it comes to sleep and health.

na, there are no studies showing 8-10 hours is detrimental in any way shape or form

that is not even how good studies work. covid bs has warped yall to how real studies work. not made up BS
