Those were so embarrassing for a brand that once made the GTO and the 1960s Firebirds.
But damned if that Vibe bodystyle didn't become super popular 15-20 years later. Every damn car looks like has the Vibe's "angry toaster" look. They barely even make sedans anymore. Pontaic was just ahead of their time apparently.
Toyota made the Matrix off the same chassis. It had a similar look.
