Unfortunately, this is the personal research point
I'm not trying to be dismissive, but I don't want to just lead you into buying something. People have different wants in their pc.
For example, I'm admittedly a graphics snob, so I went for a 4090 GPU (graphics processing unit) in my PC.
If you're set on the laptop, start researching the various components for what you're looking for and try to find one that hits how you want to play (great graphics for games like Starfield, frames per second so the game appears more realistic, etc.)
I wish it were easier to explain like consoles
