There are people in any direction you run in a city. Would he have interacted with them? Who knows.
He’s a criminal with a firearm in his hand, and he just used it 3 seconds before he was shot.

Just a hypothetical: I'm all for the results of the shooting, but what if the shooter missed and it hit someone else?
