All the gambling sites/apps require you to submit your SSN and/or license info to verify your identity. Kayshon wasn't 21 when it happened. Quite possibly he had a friend/family member use his payment info to make bets.

The issue we have is there's no that Kayshon averaged 22 bets PER DAY over a 13 month period. It's entirely possible more players were involved in this.
