Yep plan is to get to consistent 365. I had let myself go and needed something to get me going.

A buddy of mine did 75 hard before, had to start it over at least once as well. Anything to get going is great. You just have to find what works for you to be consistent.

I'm also 13 months sober, and honestly it is more like 21 months except for a couple of drinks on special occasions. I gave up beer in the fall of 2021, but was still having a glass of bourbon maybe 3 nights a week. Then I quit altogether in April of 2022, but let myself have a couple of beers at a July 4th cookout. Then a drink on vacation at a nice restaurant, then a couple on New Year's eve in 2022 watching bowl games at my dad's house. But since then, not a drop. So I've only had about 5 drinks in almost 2 years. I still get that urge sometimes, and I'm not saying I'll be dry forever, but for now it has been a great way to keep focused and not succumb to using it as a crutch.

My outlet is exercise, and I've set a goal to do something, no matter how little, every day this year. So far I haven't missed a day. I ride about 4 days a week, and am lifting 3-4 days a week. The biggest game changer for me has been consistent with stretching. Even if it is just 5-10 minutes after a workout, it is great.
