Who?
The conservatives that aren't Trump superfans that I'm aware of agree there was a shite ton of frickery in 2020, but also point out that Trump taking the knee on Covid opened the door to a lot of it and provided tens of millions in funding to do it.

there's also a lot of hindsight going on here when Trump is criticized for his COVID response. in hindsight, i think he could have done things better or different, but in real time? i dont know man. he seemed to balance things pretty well, in my opinion. we had suspicions early on that the whole thing was being overblown, but we didnt really KNOW for sure. he definitely didnt go all-in on restrictions and masks and all of that.
my point is that while in my subjective criteria, i definitely dont give him an A for his COVID stuff, but he definitely at least gets a C.
