Even in our little town we are starting to see non English speaking pediatric patients in therapy clinics being paid for by Medicaid. They are most certainly tapping into our welfare systems.

If they have fake papers - they can get cards bc e verify isn’t perfect or the fake papers are really good
If it’s all legit - it means the parents have been here for 5 years

It is a complete mess for Healthcare. You can't even identify some of them and everything resource related requires an ID. So we end up providing free care.
