Pros:
Scenery (Mountains and Sea)
Good people
Unique culture
Wildlife (land mammals and marine)
No road access. Keeps the population low.
Cons:
Weather. Its a rainforest, so its cloudy 70% of days.
Cost: Its one of the more expensive places to live in the country.
