To what end? Apropos of nothing it would come off as some kind of deranged Tourette's. I am imagining you standing in line and noticing a young woman's shapely leg. Thats biology (assuming you're a man or a lesbian). Can't be helped, hell, wouldn't want it to be, it'd be the end of mankind (Bernie Mac was a funny SOB). What is hard to imagine is what would motivate one to mention it? What is the goal? At best it would be meant as a compliment...which is bad in and of itself. At worst it would come off as a pickup line. If that is the goal and you subscribe to the school of keeping your bait in the water to catch a fish no matter how unlikely getting a bite is that's one thing. In that case its doubtful if you'd be the kind of person conscious of creepiness and would not be wondering about the level of creepiness such an interaction would create. That leaves it as a compliment and that is creepy as frick.

There is another option though and that is some kind of deranged Tourette's where you are unable to prevent words from tumbling out even when you know they are inappropriate (always wondered why Tourette's never manifests itself with innocuous words like "FISH' or something). It is unlikely that you had an episode like this without having had it happen before. That being the case I'd say creepy as frick....
