If there is a big age difference yes.

If not, it depends on the approach. I like to compliment women when appropriate, but I always preface it with “I am not trying to pick you up or anything so please don’t take this the wrong way - your eyes, hair, the color of your blouse, shoes whatever…” then I compliment them.


I have never had it poorly received.
