But they won’t have a PD
Well they don’t have one now the sheriff has to service them.
Well how will they get more PD services when they are a city.
Well they already have the sheriffs office now, why would they need more than they already have?
Well the sheriff said he wasn’t going to be the st G PD.
Well he doesn’t get to pick where and where not he will patrol in EBR Parish
Well they won’t have a PD, and they can’t afford a PD

They would still use EBRSO. St. George still falls within the confines of EBR Parish. It would hardly be much of a change. Most major cities utilize a sheriff over local PD.
