Sure they do...plenty of companies and business operate a daily plan of frick Around and find out.

My previous employer allowed porn which I found out accidentally after googling a sporting goods store's hours close to the office. "Dicks in Metairie" had some interesting results.

Assuming that something is okay just because you're not actually prevented from doing so is the reason signs like this need to exist.
