House is in Monroe... he bought the house from my great uncle in the 90's... added a bedroom probably in 99... moved out in 04... rented it out for 10 years to one family... next family 5 years... he accepted a lady section 8 voucher in 20 she moved out January of last year... was planning to sell it to co-worker this summer... was told because of extra room he couldn't (what I was told)... another person tried to move in with Section 8 voucher... was told because of extra room house doesn't qualify for Section 8... now granted I'm getting all this from my Uncle and cousin... my Mother(his sister) told me ain't no telling what he got going on LOL
