I’ve seen some of the kids that text him on his iPad, it does make me want to reach thru the screen, but hell, you tried talking to a 14 yr old lately? All you hear is, it’s nothing, or no big deal, or I’m good. Seems the more I push for answers, the more he withdraws.

That’s every 14 year old boy

No average teenage boy willingly gives information to their parents.

I was the exact same way.

If you are TRULY concerned you need to sit down with your son and be up front with him and tell him your concerns and try to ease him in to opening up.

And try to keep that relationship going as he gets older.

He needs to know he can confide in you with anything.

This is just general for any child parental issue.

I must still be 14. Same for every other guy I know
