Curious why you went to cardiology and neurology first. If my kid, I would probably start with a psychologist and a GI doctor.
Honestly, I would meet with a dietician in person (both you and him) so you can both learn to eat healthy together. Gives him an out if he doesn’t want to tell you about the bully at school/online.
