Exactly right.
My son was in a crash in hammond with no visible damage to either vehicle. He bumped into the back of her vehicle at a red light reaching for something in his vehicle.
No injuries in the police report. Her attorney went for the max limits of coverage but settled for less. Settlement was just shy of $15k a year later.
