Yup. Overall, I have probably done better in February than March, but as you say, it's all about the stretch of temps. My one absolute best trip, and I though maybe I was dreaming, was in mid March.

I stayed up there and it was 60 degrees and a few days later it snowed a few years ago either late March or early April. Did well on the bass on the grass beds while the light snow was falling.
