During a rehearsal, an actor pushes another actor off a ledge like the script says. The safety rope is incorrectly managed by the stunt team and the actor dies
Guilty right?
Some idiot gave Tom hanks a real live grenade during saving private Ryan, BOOM! Dead people
Tom hanks is guilty right? Gotta inspect all your grenade props yourself right?
