NO. I'm not worried about any of this shite. I am asking a simple question on a message board. If anything, I love all of the developments because it makes the city I live in look cool.

No fretting at all here.. Just asking a simple question on a Message Board to create discussions. It is a fricking message board right? Without people posting things and asking questions, there would be no message board right? I have always thought that the point of a message board community is to discuss topics whether it be sports related, entertainment related, political related, etc. Have I been wrong this entire time about the point of a message board?

Joking aside it’s insane the amount of construction going on in Austin. Look at Rainey street—it’s become a few blocks of nothing but high rise condos.


Interesting to me is, how much of a bummer it would be to buy a high rise condo with a view, and then lose it a few years later when a new building goes up. That has to destroy so much value
