I somewhat understood Det. Mustard’s questioning of the boyfriend. He was trying to sift through and see if he actually killed her. But the part where he said that he was trying to find a way to make him a “monster” shows that he already had his mind made up.

The FBI stuff was ridiculous. They said they looked in to it and the investigation was proper. Even if the investigation was done correctly 100%, it’s still a conflict of interest and they should have pulled the agent.

The guy and girl are freaking lucky that the cop who found the evidence didn’t just file it away like so many detectives would have done. If she didn’t pursue it, then there would still be people that didn’t believe them as to what happened.

But not surprising. Fast forward 8 years and see what the FBI has become. This was the beginning stage of that change. The FBI is now a clean up mechanism for the rot in DC.

That and the polygraph that was performed by an FBI agent, which they later found out he lied to the defendant about the results immediately after he took the test.

Then the guy getting an award at the end of the year. LOLOLOL

I would say I'm surprised, but I'm not.
