That’s the boat im in. I used to want to be in the middle of all the action when I was young and stupid.
Now I’m older and just want a clean laid back place that’s family friendly with good schools and a low COL. sounds like Tupelo.
To some boring = bad but to me these days boring = peaceful

good BBQ and close to a bunch of college stadiums. did a lot of away games. their little airport had cheap flights to BR as well. the town is 50/50 state/ole miss and it's easy to become a secondary bulldog fan. rebel fans are the worst. good golf too. stay away from Memphis!
