Most manufacturers are releasing their shot show stuff early. I know I saw beretta has a straight pull rifle coming, and magpul released clear pmags and metal mags for p320s. Holosun came out with a enclosed red dot for carry guns.

Not just that, but the barrels are supposedly interchangeable like a blaser. Beretta is the owner/importer of Tikka so they’re likely making the barrels if not the whole gun. I don’t know what a straight pull offers besides no bolt throw, but this one seems like it could catch on.

I dont understand why pumps are not preferred to straight pull bolts. The action is nearly 100% identical, but a pump is IMO much more intuitive. Remington 7600 is an excellent rifle design and I don't know why they weren't more popular than the bolt actions.
