Per your own admission, Iger 2.0 is being paid for the results of his tenure as Iger 1.0.
He's objectively bad at his job in this second iteration. The company, which produces entertainment content, is being rejected in the marketplace. I'm sure his earnings calls are a lot of fun right now.

We know the entertainment arm of Disney has taken a giant dump over the past 4+ years, but how are the parks doing? I read they were at capacity or close to it over the holidays. Seems people are still spending money there.

He’s been CEO for 6 months. It takes time to turn around a company. The content being released now was all created prior to his current tenure. They’re going to give him a long run to fix things, and it will take time
