All utility systems have areas that are more and less dependable than others. A lot of it has to do with how aggressively they trim trees on their rights of way.
Don’t ever get mad about them trimming trees on rights of way….no matter how bad they end up looking.

I think our neighborhood would be a nightmare without buried power lines. There are just so many trees.
